I have taught yoga full-time for over 14 years, and I want you to know if I can do it, you can too.
It's not as hard as we're led to believe, all we need is someone with industry experience to show us the way - that happens to be me!
The yoga industry is a predominately female-led workforce. I understand the challenges of being a woman in a service-based industry, where you have to ‘put yourself out there’.
As a yoga teacher we have two roles; teacher and business owner, my background and experiences uniquely position me to help you with both.
I want to see a yoga industry where all female teachers are sharing their gifts with the world, helping people and making money.
